Creativity as a Spiritual Practice
The art classes that make up the ‘Lunar Mother’ Creativity Prompts are designed as a creative spiritual practice to enable you to get deeper in tune with your inner life, your inner Being and the connection to your soul voice.
Each Creativity Prompt is based on a theme that you work with as a deeper self-enquiry for enhanced communion with your sacred essence. Bringing insight, clarity, ease of Being and transformation whilst unlocking the power of creativity as I share it as a spiritual practice. At the same time you will be developing your art and creative practice through experimenting with new tools, mediums and ways to lay down paint and make marks.
NO PRIOR ART EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
You do not need to have created any art before or have any creative experience to be able to work with these themes and classes. If you do have art experience they will support you to unlock deeper levels and go beyond any stuck areas in your creative practice.

The Lunar Mother
The Lunar Goddess in her aspect of the full moon is known as the Lunar Mother. She has 12 moons in a one-year cycle in our Gregorian Calendar with a 13th moon every 2 and half years or so known as the Blue Moon.
The moon as the Lunar Goddess symbolises our inner worlds. She connects us to the intimate side of ourselves, our emotions, moods, instincts, feelings, vulnerability and our sense of safety and comfort. Consciously connecting with Her as the Lunar Mother with the full moons representing release, illumination and a time of culmination where you can get to see things more clearly. It is a high point and offers a chance to pause, reflect and creatively engage in shedding what no longer serves as She tips into Her waning phase. Working with the moon and the Lunar Mother in this creative way is a powerful way to tune into the transformational frequencies available to you in your life.
Creativity Prompts
Each Creativity Prompt is based on a theme that resonates with the teachings of that particular full moon and how you can work with that theme as a deeper self-enquiry for enhanced communion with your sacred essence.

You will be working with an art journal as the basis for your artwork.
This art journal becomes a creatively documented, living, breathing, reflection of your journey in life as you work with the themes in each Lunar Mother Creativity Prompt. Creating a beautiful book of your creativity and soulfulness that I call a Book of Insight. Full of your heart, your Being, your soul voice and your learnings. Empowering you to keep stepping into the profundity of your creative power and rise into the new potentials of your life that are available to you.
Working With The Prompts
You can choose how you wish to work with the Creativity Prompts. Although they are themed with the Full Moons throughout the year you can also work with your own rhythm, in your own way if you wish. Here are my suggestions for working with them.
Choose to just work with one each month on the Full Moon. This will support you to tune into the frequency of that particular Full Moon and work with the energies of that moon in real time in your life.
If you have my Art of the Sacred Wheel - Oracle Deck and Book you could also use these Creativity Prompts for your Ritual Creativity activity for cards that you pull from the Lunar Mother Wheel. The Lunar Mother Wheel in the deck represents the Full Moons throughout the yearly Lunar Cycle.
You could also just jump in and work through the Creativity Prompts systematically as a cycle of discovery.
Or even dip in with the themes that feel relevant or prevalent in the moment. Knowing they will serve and support you to work with those frequencies that are calling you.

12 ‘Lunar Mother’ Creativity Prompts
Here is a a visual storyboard of the 12 themed art classes all available to you immediately on purchase. All aligned with the pulse and particular teachings of the full moons throughout the yearly Lunar Cycle.
Art Materials
On purchase you will receive a Welcome email with a list of basic supplies that you will need for each Creativity Prompt and links to buy them. If you do not currently have any art supplies you can purchase them on small budget. This includes:
Art Journal - What to use and where you can buy them. The ones I use are £3 each.
White Gesso - for preparing your pages.
Glue - PVA, Glue stick, Mod Podge, any type works fine.
Acrylic Paints - any type of soft body, medium body or fluid acrylics which is what I use will do. You can buy a starter set of small tubes to get you going.
White Acrylic Paint Pen
Brushes - a few paintbrushes in different sizes. Although we do work a lot with our hands!
Then for each Creativity Prompt there is an extra art supply to try, or something to recycle or a new tool. These are often optional and you can often get creative with whatever you have at hand at home.
How do they work?
With the Creativity Prompts I encourage you to find your own voice and insight with paint through the intuitive art processes that I share.
These are designed to encourage you to play, be free, to challenge you and take you over creative boundaries and limitations inside and out. They can be very transformative, healing, enlightening and inspiring. At the same time you are learning to engage the creative process as a spiritual practice of deeper listening while opening up your creative power and a dialogue with the deepest recesses of your soul and your connection to the Divine Feminine within.

What is in each Creativity Prompt
Each Creativity Prompt comes with a Video and a downloadable PDF.
The video is not a set of detailed ‘follow exactly’ paint by numbers instructions but a guiding light supporting you to tune in and trust the process in building your art piece whilst giving you technical guidance, ideas and inspiration. Your PDF has a small explanation of that Full Moon, a sharing on the theme and focus for the Creativity Prompt, a list of tools needed for that prompt and a list of suggested steps that you can always reflect with as guidance if you need to.
Also in the Course Area is a list of Full Moon dates for the years 2024/2025 should you wish to work with the Full Moon dates.

If you would like a more direct mentor support as you work with your Creativity Prompts I have limited spaces for monthly mentoring for just three women. This means you have up to two hours of direct calls with me over a month and you can message me on the way of connecting you choose from either Whats App, Messenger or Text. To ask questions or get a reflection at anytime about your creative process, the prompts, art, challenges, life, whatever is needed throughout that month to support you on your journey of deepening into your creative power.
